- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Responsible for Sales and achieve sales targets
- Provide customers the necessary information on natural stone, quartz and tile, backsplash sinks, tools etc. products to educate them and aid them in their purchase.
- Answers and handles telephone calls in a professional and timely manner; takes accurate messages with professionalism and courtesy.
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
- Suggest ways to improve sales.
- Creating quotes, holds, Sales Orders, Invoice, and coordinating delivery or pick up.
- Manage Pre and Post sales. Issue the Customer Feedback forms.
- Be aware of product promotions and advertisement.
- Assist customers in natural stone selection.
- Inform customers of our safety policy.
- Make calls to achieve more sales and send weekly reports to the Operations Manager.
- Attend and participate in safety meetings, job briefings, and any other essential information from team members, management, or customers.
- Follow the standard operating procedures and policies of the company.
- Must perform all work in compliance with Company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
